The mission of the Senior Living Foundation of Greater Williamsburg is to connect caregivers to resources and programs that enrich the quality of life for the caregiver and care receiver. SLF will achieve this mission by becoming a complete information resource provider for caregivers and a program incubator that initiates needed caregiver and care receiver programs.
The Senior Living Foundation (SLF) was established in 2009 by concerned citizens in the Colonial Heritage Community and originally named the Colonial Heritage Community Foundation. Its goal was to improve the quality of life for care givers and care receivers. Today, the Foundation is a broad-based, independent non-profit belonging to and serving citizens of all localities in the Historic Triangle. It is dedicated to services for the aged or disabled and their caregivers.
